- Gaming Identifiers (IGNs): In-Game Names (IGN), Character IDs (UIDs), team name, and tournament performance data required for custom match room invites and leaderboard management.
- Transaction & Payment Information: Payment order IDs, transaction timestamps, entry fee amounts, and payout QR code / UPI payment identifiers. Note: We do NOT store credit/debit card details or bank account passwords. All payment transactions are securely processed through our PCI-DSS compliant partner, Cashfree Payments India Private Limited.
- Technical & Log Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser details, and access logs collected for security auditing, fraud prevention, and anti-cheat verification.

- Sending essential match notifications (Room IDs, passwords, schedule updates, and leaderboard announcements).
- Preventing fraudulent registrations, duplicate accounts, and unauthorized access.
- Complying with applicable legal and statutory requirements under Indian law.

All financial payments for tournament registrations are routed through Cashfree Payments, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Cashfree uses bank-grade 128-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance to ensure your checkout process is completely secure.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We respect your privacy and will never sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared only under the following limited conditions:
- Tournament Hosts & Admins: Your In-Game Name (IGN) and Character ID are made visible to verified tournament hosts for custom match room management.
- Payment Processors: Necessary transaction data is shared with Cashfree Payments to verify payment status and process refunds/payouts.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authorities to uphold legal compliance or prevent illegal activities.
