1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SandPra.Tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. User Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in paid tournaments. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payments and Tournament Entry Fees

Registration for certain tournaments requires the payment of an entry fee. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. As per our Refund Policy, all tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the transaction is successful.

4. Tournament Rules and Fair Play

To maintain a fair competitive environment, the following rules are strictly enforced:

  • No Cheating: Use of hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
  • Account Integrity: You must use your own registered game account. Smurfing or playing on someone else's account is not allowed.
  • Bans: Violation of rules will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from SandPra.Tournament without any refund of entry fees.

5. Prize Distribution

Prizes are distributed based on the final leaderboard verified by the host. SandPra.Tournament reserves the right to delay prize distribution if a match is under investigation for cheating. Prizes will be credited to the user's wallet or original payment method within 7 business days after verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

SandPra.Tournament is a platform that facilitates tournaments. We are not responsible for technical glitches in the games themselves (BGMI, Free Fire, etc.) or network issues on the user's side during a match.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow.
