SandPra.Tournament is an independent eSports tournament organizer and match-management SaaS platform. All competitive skill contests hosted on our platform—including but not limited to BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India), Free Fire, and Valorant—are exclusively Games of Skill.
The outcome of all matches depends predominantly on player skill: including mechanical aim, recoil control, hand-eye coordination, zone-rotation strategy, squad tactical communication, map awareness, reaction speed, game-meta knowledge, and team coordination. The element of chance is minimal and incidental.
Participation in and organization of skill-based eSports contests is a protected fundamental right under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and fully consistent with landmark rulings of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, including State of Andhra Pradesh v. K. Satyanarayana, Dr. K.R. Lakshmanan v. State of Tamil Nadu, and State of Bombay v. R.M.D. Chamarbaugwala. Our platform does not offer any game of chance, betting, wagering, or gambling service of any kind.
SandPra.Tournament operates as an eSports tournament management SaaS platform and independent match organizer. We maintain a strict Zero Entry Fee Policy (₹0 Entry Fee): players do not pay entry stakes, betting fees, or wagering contributions to participate in skill contests. We do not operate or facilitate any gambling, betting, or wagering pools.

Where applicable on select managed contests, a nominal Platform Convenience Fee is collected from registered participants. This fee strictly covers software infrastructure, server hosting, referee moderation, and match-management administration. It is not an entry stake or gambling wager.

While tournament entry is free (₹0 Entry Fee), specific premium matches require a nominal Platform Convenience & Hosting Fee. Fees collected are dedicated exclusively to platform operations, match server hosting, anti-cheat refereeing, administrative support, and performance-reward pool sponsorship.
All financial transactions, platform convenience fee payments, and checkout sessions are securely processed via Cashfree Payments India Private Limited, an RBI-authorized and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant Payment Aggregator. All platform fee transactions are final once custom match room slots are confirmed and reserved, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
To uphold competitive integrity and ensure a level playing field, SandPra.Tournament strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy against unethical gameplay behavior:
Performance-based skill rewards are awarded solely based on official match outcomes: kill points, final placement positions, and standing rankings as verified by tournament referees and official leaderboard records. Verified skill rewards are distributed to winner accounts or registered payout UPI/QR details within 7 business days following match completion, winner declaration, and anti-cheat audit clearance.
Income from skill-based competitions may be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under applicable provisions of the Indian Income Tax Act (including Section 194BA, where applicable). Participants are advised to consult a tax professional for their individual tax obligations.
