1. Nature of Platform & Legal Status (Game of Skill)

SandPra.Tournament is an independent eSports tournament organization and match-management platform. All competitive tournaments hosted on our platform—including but not limited to BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India), Free Fire, and Valorant—are Games of Skill.

The outcome of matches depends predominantly on player skill, tactical decision-making, mechanical execution, map awareness, reaction speed, game knowledge, and team coordination. Participation in skill-based eSports contests is protected under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consistent with landmark rulings of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India (including State of Andhra Pradesh v. K. Satyanarayana and Dr. K.R. Lakshmanan v. State of Tamil Nadu).

2. User Eligibility & Restricted Territories

To register and participate in paid eSports contests on SandPra.Tournament, you must satisfy the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or possess explicit consent from a parent/guardian).
  • You must register using valid, verified credentials (including mobile number OTP verification and accurate In-Game IDs).
  • Restricted States Disclaimer: Due to legal restrictions under local state legislations, residents of the states of Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu (or any other jurisdiction where paid skill contest participation is prohibited by law) are strictly prohibited from entering paid fee tournaments on the platform. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local state laws.

3. Tournament Entry Fees & Payment Processing

Registration for specific competitive tournaments requires an entry fee. Entry fees collected from participants are utilized towards platform organization, custom room server hosting, anti-cheat monitoring, administrative costs, and prize pool distribution.

All financial transactions, entry fee payments, and checkouts are securely processed via Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. All entry fee transactions are final once custom match room slots are reserved, subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Strict Anti-Cheat & Fair Play Policy

To uphold competitive integrity, SandPra.Tournament strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy against unethical behavior:

  • Prohibited Software & Hacks: Use of aimbots, wallhacks, game file modifications (GFX/config edits), emulators (unless explicitly stated), script bots, or third-party hacks is strictly forbidden.
  • Account Integrity & Teaming: Playing on another player's account (smurfing/account sharing) or teaming up with enemy squads is prohibited.
  • Disqualification & Ban: Any player or team found violating fair-play policies will face immediate tournament disqualification, forfeiture of prize rewards, and a permanent ban from SandPra.Tournament.

5. Leaderboard Verification & Prize Pool Distribution

Prizes are awarded based solely on official match performance, kill points, and final standing positions as verified by tournament referees and host leaderboards. Verified prize rewards are distributed to winner accounts or registered payout UPI/QR details within 7 business days following match completion and anti-cheat audit.

6. Third-Party Game Publisher Disclaimer

SandPra.Tournament is an independent eSports event management platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Krafton Inc. (BGMI), Garena (Free Fire), Riot Games (Valorant), or any game publisher. All game titles, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective copyright owners.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
