Refund & Cancellation

1. Policy Overview

At SandPra.Tournament, we strive to provide a seamless and competitive gaming environment. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding payments made for tournament entries and other services on our platform.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a user has successfully registered and paid the entry fee for a tournament, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to join the match on time.
• Technical issues on the user's end (internet connection, device problems).
• Disqualification due to violation of tournament rules or cheating.
• Change of mind after registration.

3. Tournament Cancellations

In the rare event that a tournament is cancelled by SandPra.Tournament or the official host (and not due to a user's fault), the entry fee will be credited back to the user's wallet or original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Cancellations by User

Users may choose to withdraw from a tournament before it starts; however, as stated in Section 2, no refund of the entry fee will be provided. Your slot will simply be marked as vacant or filled by another player at the host's discretion.

5. Contact for Discrepancies

If you believe there has been an error in your transaction (e.g., double payment), please contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
